Iphone Exercise
if you are only allowed to eat 1320 calories if i exercise about as much to burn off can i eat more?
my fitness pro is an app on my iphone and it calculates your food exercise and water, and yesterday i did 90min on elliptical, and 1 hour walking with dogs and it kept saying i had calories left to eat, so i am confused the more you exercise the more i can eat? according to what i actuall ate it was well over 1320.
i am 67 inches and 185
Well if you can eat 1320 calories then eat that, and then if you want to lose weight and ur exercising then dont eat more than 1320, however if you want to maintain ur current weight then you can eat more though ur iphone should say depending on how much exercise you do so if you clicked on very active which it sounds you are then really it should really tell you to eat more, so you can probably eat about 1800-2000, though it depends on ur height and weight xxx
